NASM 7th Edition Condensed Exam Prep Course

This condensed exam study course will review the highlights of the manual and review the most difficult and demanding chapters while pointing out what you need to know for the exam from those chapters. We focus on making sure you memorize AND TRULY understand the necessary content and concepts for both passing your exam and to be confident and efficient in training clients.

We will meet live on Zoom every Monday at 7 pm EST (each Zoom session lasts about 90 minutes) with weekly readings and check-ins to keep you on track and hold you accountable. You will also have full access to send study questions, so you never get ‘stuck’ or overwhelmed.

Registration will be limited on a first-come, first-serve basis to keep the group small and allow for questions and personal attention.

Starts Mon, July 12th, 2021, and runs until Mon, Aug 30th, 2021 (no class 8/2).

$149 Registration fee entitles the participant entry for the weekly Monday Zoom sessions, access to message or email exam study questions, and any study materials provided by the instructor.
