NASM 7th Edition 10 week study course!!! We will go chapter by chapter through the 7th edition NASM manual highlighting all the major concepts and what you need to know for the exam.
We will break down and explain concepts so you can memorize AND TRULY understand for both passing your exam and to be confident and efficient in training clients.
We will meet live on Zoom every Tuesday at 7 pm EST (each Zoom session lasts 75 - 90 minutes) and there will be weekly reading and study assignments to keep you on track and hold you accountable. You will also have full access to send any and all study questions so you never get ‘stuck’ or overwhelmed.
Registration will be limited on a first-come, first-serve basis to keep the group small and allow for questions and personal attention.
