NASM CPT 3-Week Exam Prep Course

We will go chapter by chapter through the entire NASM manual highlighting all the major concepts and EXACTLY what you need to know for the exam.

We will review all the major concepts, highlighting the key points, breaking them down into easy-to-understand terms, and reviewing exactly what is on the exam from each chapter (and how it will be asked). The goal is for you to have a better understanding of the content in each chapter so instead of just ‘reading and memorizing’, you are understanding and applying.

We will meet live on Zoom every Tuesday at 7 pm EST and Saturdays at 11am (EST). As a bonus, you will receive access to over 400 sample exam questions to really help you understand and prepare. You will also have full access to send any and all study questions via Messenger or email. This course is designed so you never feel overwhelmed or ‘stuck’ and will hold you accountable with weekly readings in the manual.
