This workshop will focus on some of the TOP REQUESTED topics for exam studying:

•Then learn how to memorize AND understand the acute variables and breaking down the OPT Model to full understanding. Learn the rationale and how to apply the acute variables to the OPT model.

•We will review mechanoreceptors (muscle spindles, GTOs, etc.), autogenic inhibition, reciprocal/altered reciprocal inhibition, and synergistic dominance, length-tension relationship, and joint force couple relationship.

•We will review the corrective exercise continuum so you completely understand the “why” behind inhibit, lengthen, activate and integrate.

•We will discuss what you need to know for the exam from these topics AND how to apply them to programming and training clients.

•All participants will receive multiple “exam cheat sheets” and templates to assist in both studying and training clients.
