NASM Mini-Exam Cram Workshop
This Mini-Exam Cram workshop will focus on:
•Breaking down the most common OA/UA muscles (reviewing and explaining each and every muscle AND why it is OA/UA and HOW it affects posture. Don’t just memorize but truly understand the HOW and WHY each muscle from the OHSA chart is OA or UA.
•Then learn how to memorize AND understand the acute variables and breaking down the OPT Model to full understanding. Learn the rationale and how to apply the acute variables to the OPT model.
•We will discuss what you need to know for the exam from these chapters AND how to apply them to programming and training clients.
