NASM OA/UA Deep Dive Workshop

This OA/UA Deep Dive workshop will review every single muscle from the OA/UA charts in Chapter 12 of the NASM CPT manual. We will review each muscle and identify exactly where it is, why it is OA or UA and what joint dysfunctions they cause. Not only will you memorize the OA/UA muscles but now you will truly understand the 'why' and 'how' behind their activity AND learn what we do with this information in regards to exercise programming for the client.

Master the OA/UA so you truly understand their functions and how they will be asked on the exam!! Multiple cheat sheets and charts will also be included.
