In this workshop, we will dive into the skeletal and muscular systems to ensure you learn everything you need to know regarding the skeletal and nervous systems for your CPT exam. This is perfect for NASM, ACE or ISSA, any edition.

We will break down the skeletal and muscular systems into simple and easy-to-understand terms to help you memorize AND truly understand how they work and integrate into client assessment and programming.

We will cover joint motions, planes of motions, major bones in the body, major muscles in the body (and touching upon over/underactive muscles), and their functions. All this plus more in a live, interactive workshop.
